Most companies have explicitly defined values, which are a set of practices they want employees to engage in. These values set the standards for how employees should behave towards one another. Consider conducting a value share activity at the beginning of team meetings by taking five to ten minutes to recognize any of your co-workers who have demonstrated the values in their behavior and the positive impact this had on the wider team.
