Building a culture of care is essential in a hybrid work environment. Over the last 20 years, employees have been moving to increasingly virtual work environments. And with the Covid-19 Pandemic, virtually all workplaces have altered their processes of working. Building a culture of care workshop enables all employees to understand the challenges that workplaces and employees face, the impact of working remotely, and why a culture of care matters.

The Culture of Care program is a 1.5hour development program which provides every individual with the skills they need to build a culture of care in a hybrid work environment.

The program includes the five practices to building a culture of care in a hybrid work environment:

  2. Build trust
  3. Communicate to collaborate
  4. Share leadership responsibilities
  5. Enable virtual alignment

This training is designed for all employees whether they are leaders, managers, or junior employees – this session will upskill their awareness, understanding and practices for building a culture of care in a hybrid environment.
