Trying to balance the demands of work and home life is a constant juggle for most and the pandemic has made it particularly challenging over the past two years. Be aware of how your colleagues are behaving at work and look out for signs they may be struggling. It can be really difficult to ask for help at work; if you do see someone struggling, sharing your own struggles can be a really good way to encourage them to feel safe enough to open up. Ask them how you can help and follow through to make sure they feel supported and get the help they need.
