Aviation: A Case Study on Equality

“We have to look at the systemic issues involving policy structure that really needs to focus more on how we make it more family-friendly and they have to look at that culture shift. Pilots could share the job of flying, 50/50 at some airlines. Flight attendants are allowed to share a flying schedule and more positions like director of inclusion or equality, diversity and inclusivity strategists’ positions within flight department like airlines, major charter companies should be made. All of these changes are going start with individuals. We have to remember that words matter and we must model good behaviour.”
