“The single biggest game changer that we have within our own power is to support each other, to show up for each other, to recognise it with every seat that we vacate. There’s an opportunity for a woman to follow up with every room we’re in, speak up for who’s not in the room and try and bring them in. Advocating, mentoring, sponsoring, supporting each other is the single biggest lever for change that we have individually and collectively. Collectively we have an enormous amount of power that we need to own and change it by the way we use it and share it.”
