“Take the opportunities for everybody to find some way to have a courageous conversation about mental health or offer support to someone that you believe might be struggling; to de-stigmatise is to communicate. Whatever role you’re in, speak out and using this to try to get some traction about acknowledging the impact of mental health challenges in the work setting. Be an internal advocate, supportive and be a listener. Acknowledging everybody’s mental status so that you can support one another and get rid of the stigma right from where you live.”
