Every single person should wholly and truly respect women, wholly and truly respect girls, and continue to do the work that it takes to ensure that our society becomes more equal. We can start very small. We can start by not penalising women workers, by not compartmentalising the workplace, by doing our own fair share of work at home. If you truly respect your spouse, then you shouldn’t allow them to continue to break their backs for you or for the family. It should be an equal front, by each individual.”
