“It’s really teaching people a brand new skill set and you can’t be an expert overnight. Why would you expect somebody to be a total expert at having a mental health at work conversation overnight? It’s totally unreasonable. The biggest theme is creating the explicit permission to have this conversation and really teaching people how to do it with intention. That’s the biggest goal: why do we need to talk about this? How do we talk about this? How do we get to where we are? Where are we now? What are the obstacles that still exist?”
